The study of residential buildings is designed in accordance with the overall urban concept of a new residential area on the eastern outskirts of Prague. The urban design of the residential complex is in line with other planned development in the vicinity. The design consists of 7 residential buildings. A characteristic feature of the urban solution is a combination of urban living with living in the countryside. One of the main spatial elements of the area is a residential street, conceived as the axis of the entire complex. Special attention is paid to the detail of the ground level in contact of buildings with the terrain and the street.
